How it works...

We will pay:

• £500 for a Vehicle/MET Technician (must be ATA/IMI Level 3).
• £250 for all other roles.
• Any part-time roles will be paid pro rata. 

If you do not work for Stephen James, a referral fee will be paid in the form of an Amazon voucher. This may not be exchanged for any other prize or cash sum.

If you are a Stephen James employee, the referral fee will be added to your payslip as a "bonus" and paid through payroll. Managers and supervisors do not qualify for a referral fee.

To qualify for the fee, your referral must:

• Be in post for three months.
• Pass their probation period.
• Not already be known to Stephen James or on the Stephen James Recruitment Database.
